Just thought I would share this nice bit of chocolate information. It’s important to know the right dosage of chocolate to eat every day don’t you think? All so, studies have found that chocolate consumption reduces risk of dementia and enhances performance on tests of cognitive function. Lots of important info to process here!! Ha, ha!

Soooooo can you imagine how much faster and smoother all those knitting and crochet projects will go? Fewer mistakes and frogging (ripping out of stitches). Yep, It’s all good but just don’t over do!! (Whatever that might be.)
Happy knitting and crochet : )

I like this idea very much, but isn’t it dependent on what KIND of chocolate it is?

Thanks for showing the many wonders of natural, dark chocolate; finding a peanut-free alternative allows me to still have this as a little treat, or for a little extra nutrition:))
